invite you to celebrate their marriage
Friday 11 June 2027
Four o’clock, Old Marylebone Town Hall
Reception to follow at The Hound, Chiswick
We’re getting married, and the best part is sharing it with you. London has become home, and we’d love to show you a little of it: an evening on the river, our vows in Marylebone and a long dinner in Chiswick, the corner of the city we live in.
Everything you need is on this page. If anything is unclear, write to us. We can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Getting here and getting around
US citizens need an Electronic Travel Authorisation before they fly. Apply on GOV.UK or in the UK ETA app, and allow a few days.
The Elizabeth line runs direct to central London. The Heathrow Express is fastest to Paddington, and the Piccadilly line is the cheapest.
Tap a contactless card or phone on every Tube, bus and train, and daily fares are capped. Londoners plan journeys with Citymapper.
There’s no Night Tube on the District line. After the reception, take a night bus along Chiswick High Road, a black cab or an Uber.
Recent Junes have been warm, usually around 24°C (mid 70s °F) with hot spells near 30°C (80s °F). Bring a light layer for the evening on the river, and an umbrella just in case.
UK sockets take three square pins, so pack an adapter. Cards and phones work almost everywhere, so you’ll rarely need cash. Restaurants often add a 12.5% service charge, so check the bill before tipping. On Tube escalators, stand on the right. In an emergency, call 999.
A few ideas, though you’re welcome to stay anywhere. Each of these neighbourhoods is close to part of the celebrations.
